So you are working on the dual boot code for the iPAQ Linux project(s)?
Sounds good. Really good. Please keep me informed. I don't know the boot
sequence well enough to help out (Dirk, I'll be contributing in other areas,
most likely Java related), but as soon as I get my iPAQ, I'll be happy to
test.
Using a CF to hold and boot Linux seems reasonable. However, at some point
I'm thinking that it would be necessary to be able to shuttle Pocket PC and
Linux off of CF.
The reason for that is I am thinking that if we are booting Linux from CF,
then the CF slot is occupied, and unavailable for other cards (e.g., an
Ethernet card).
