Hi all!
I just discovered that the latest CVS kernel has a problem when going to
sleep.
When pressing the power button the following messages are sent to the
seruial console:
run_sbin_pm_helper:67 pm_helper_path=/sbin/pm_helper
h3600_sleeve_suspend-9- sleeve_dev->driver=c28c29d8 sleeve suspended
The last version from Familiar 0.5.1-pre (2.4.16) was a little more
verbose, so either there are just messages missing are some function is
not called anymore.
After resume (again power button) I get the follwing:
run_sbin_pm_helper:67 pm_helper_path=/sbin/pm_helper
iPAQ audio support initialized
And from here on the backlight is off and the touchscreen does not work
anymore. Another suspend is not possible, pm_helper is called but does not
finish. If I issue for example "bl 1 1 1" to get the backlight back on I
get
# bl 1 1 1
bad ioctl: Connection timed out
It seems that the microcontrollercode does not suspend properly anymore...
Is this known yet?
Does a fix exist?
