Hmm. I fixed the boot ide problem with wince in the unreleased 2.18.8.
I guess I'll release it. I started coding vfat, but I have to work on other things now. I have only been testing with h3600, no idea if pcmcia support works in h3800 or h3100.
Do you have a particular question? Do you have zImage in first disk partition and initrd in second partition? These also should be on the order of 1MB and 6-8MB.
