What I did to get usbnet in Windows somewhat was installing Linux in a
VMware 3.0 and forwarding the USB into the VMware. It worked for me. :)
You do need to install the iPAQ in windows first, I just choose some
incorrect driver. It doesn't matter if it has a ! sign in the device
manager, as long as it's there you can forward it using VMware 3.x (2.x and
older don't work).
