Partition reset does not touch flash -- it just resets the partition
table in dram. 'partition show' will tell you what the partition table
is. If you have a params partition, you can do a 'params save' which
will write the params and partition table to the params partition.
Usually we use the default partition table, constructed in dram at boot
time based on model number and flash size.
