Why would you need an iPAQ emulator? You can run linux under Windows using
VMWare, but if you're developing purely in Java, you can configure the PDA
and desktop Java environments to match.

XERCES is pretty standard for Java XML. For XERCES and SOAP, you should
visit http://xml.apache.org/.

As for crypto:
