[iPAQ] IPAQ Emulation and Java for IPAQ

Hello,

I´m searching for an emulator running under Windows, to emulate a IPAQ. Is
any Emulator available? If so where could I download one?

My second question is about a running Java edition, I need follownig
components:
- a SOAP client
- crytpo library
- xml

Do anybody here has an idea?
