[iPAQ] getcwd failed on jffs2 when doing ipkg install

Hello all,

Wonder if anyone encounter getcwd failed if they do ipkg install
task-complete. It happens occassionally in the middle or towards the end
of ipkg install. Once it occurs, it just continues. One way to resolve
this problem is to reboot the system and let ipkg install continue from
where it left off. Wonder if this is related to jffs2 ... after ipkg
install writes and update too much stuff.
