The splash screen indicates that the raw bootldr has control. Use a
terminal emulator such as hyperterminal to connect to the iPAQ's serial
port. You will need a serial port or serial cradle.

when i have finished all the steps of the installation and hold down the
action button while pressing the reset button i do get into the
bootloader splash screen but whenever i do it again to get into the raw
bootloader it just drops me into the splash screen, what's the problem?
