[iPAQ] restoring use of my ipaq

hi,

    i was recently very silly i was in hyperterminal in win 2000 taking a look at the diagnostic features of the parrot screen on my ipaq 3600 and i wrote over all the memory it now doesnt get past the compaq screen on rebboot (the red and white bit). i have a cf card and jacket and have heard i can download a *.nbf rom opn to my ipaq to restore functionality could you give me any informatin on how to do this or how to restore my ipaq.?
