Actually, you need more than a few radios transmitting to notice any
troubles. Bluetooth and 802.11B in my laptop (several cm away from each
other) resulted in about 2 or 3 ms longer for ping times on the 802.11B, but
that's about it.

I have also have a gateway with the two cards at right angles to each other,
and I have noticed no problems at all. I used the gateway at Comdex (with
all the nasty RF flying around) with no problems (at least, no RF problems).

We had a lab look at it, and they found that they started losing bluetooth
bandwith when they had 3 transmitting 802.11B pairs nearby on the same
channel.

Still, its nothing to worry about in your typical home environment.
