While I could send you this file, there is no point in doing so,
/.ramfs.tar.gz contains a backup of your ramfs (e.g. the in SDRAM data).
It starts out to be just avalid .tar.gz file without any content, and
when you shutdown your ipaq the content is saved to this file, just to
be restored after your next powerup.
So IMHO you can simply ignore it.
