Simon, I have the following setup.

Host (my linux box) is ip address 192.168.1.200
iPAQ (connected through usb0 like ethernet) 192.168.1.201

I set the sync connection in qtopiadesktop to USB and specify the PDA IP
address to what it is above.
And I get alot of the following errors:

PalmtopConnection::QCopConnectionError attempting to connect ppp
PalmtopConnection::QCopConnectionError attempting to connect ppp
PalmtopConnection::QCopConnectionError attempting to connect ppp
PalmtopConnection::QCopConnectionError attempting to connect ppp
PalmtopConnection::QCopConnectionError attempting to connect ppp

I dont know *why* its trying to connect via PPP. I can ssh in (with
username and password for root) just fine, shoot konqueror through it onto
the net, all that stuff.

Can anyone see anything that I'm doing completely wrong here? I mean, am I
using the wrong version?
I've been trying to get this to work for 2 weeks now!

Thanks for your help,

-Alex Pearsall
