I do have a soldering iron, but I have bad experiences removing
shielding so I'm a bit scared to damage my Ipaq.

I got the datasheets for the H3100's KM416S8030C, but Russell already
put the code for the it the cpufreq CVS. It will automatically show up
in his new kernel releases.

I'll try to figure out the data sheets for the other DRAM posted to the
list.
