[iPAQ] Question to restore Wince

Hello,

my english isn´t so good, but i hope you unterstand what i mean. i´ve bought an ipaq 3630 and there is linux installed - the installed bootloader is ??? - the display looks like
crl/ohh arm bootldr
    wince
press key for action:
calender - serial bootldr console
q - boot linux

in your restore documentation for restoreing windowsce you wrote:
"make sure bootldr-2.16.19 or higher is loaded on the ipaq"
how can i check this ??

i´m using hyperterminal (my only operating system is win98) - if i reboot the ipaq in the hyper terminal console (Settings 115200, databits 8, parity no, stoppbits1, protokoll xon/xoff) shows me

boot> ser_con
boot>

now i type the command "load flash 0x00c00000 and type return
now the display shows

boot> load flash 0x00c00000
loading flash region flash
using xmodem
ready for xmodem download..

Now i start the filetransfer over Hyperterminal
Übertragung
    Datei senden flash_00c00000.bin

it takes a little time and a message came

keine Rückmeldung vom remotecomputer (i think this means - no answer from remotecomputer)

please help me - what is my mistake ?? sorry, but i´m a novice
