The problem is that I cannot get any further than the below menu.
Selecting 'SA11x0 Implementations' just gets me back to this same menu
so it looks like stuff is missing.
(Integrator) ARM system type
Archimedes/A5000
Implementation --->
Footbridge Implementations --->
SA11x0 Implementations --->
CLPS711X/EP721X Implementations --->
--- Processor Type
[ ] Support ARM720T processor
[ ] Support ARM920T processor
[ ] Support
ARM926T processor
[ ] Support ARM1020 processor
[ ] Support Thumb instructions (experimental)
I downloaded the kernel source from cvs.handhelds.org.
Should I instead get a different copy of the kernel source. And if so
will it be sufficient to just select the CPU type or will there be other
settings I will have to pick.
Obviously the next question is then which ones and what do I set them to
? :-)
Also, I noticed that you mentioned you had a 2.95.3 compiler. Did that
compiler need patches applied as the 2.95.2 files downloaded from
handhelds.org require or have those patches been folded into the GNU
source tree ?
Apologies for the many questions,
More may be coming :-)
