[iPAQ] reinstall of windowsCE H3765

I have tried to reinstall windowsce to my 3765 but I continue to have errors. I have the wince_image.gz I followed the instructions for 32MB flash, but I have tried using dd to the first file "flash_01000000.bin" to set the size to 3840 kB but Istill have trouble. after rebooting the bootloader tells me to give the command to reread the parmeters file "debug boot: ...params eval"

Should the files be flashed to the 0x01 values i.e. "load flash 0x01c00000" ?

I followed the directions 3 times exactly, is there something else I could try,

Are the md5 values for the 4 files applicable to the split wince...gz image? if not are any available?

Where can I download ipaq upgrade image to try for the H3700/pocketpc 2002, if it is not available will one be available for download soon?
