[iPAQ] Help!

I installed the bootloader for my Ipaq Pocket PC successfully BUT that is as
far as I can go.
Pressing Q takes me to WinCE (Yuk!)
Pressing Calender does nothing!
Do I need to run Hyperterminal? If yes, what should I do?
