If you can hold on a minute, I'll dig out the numbers from the RAM I
pulled from my 3630 when I upped it to 64M, to save you the hassle. I do
recall having to separate the boards, but it's no big deal. (The shield
you need to remove is about 34 * 1.5cm, but that's from a very hazy
memory. It's the less square of the two, if that's useful. (I also wanted
to try stacking SDRAM, to get me yet more space, but without jtag (or
stiffing the machine by desoldering the CPU), I couldn't face trying to
find the other SDNCS and SDCLK pins. Hints there would be gratefully
received, too...)

While we're messing with hardware, I've got a bricked 3150 here, and a
high probablility of bricking it again (colleague writing bootloaders).
When I was rummaging through my 3630, I couldn't see any obvious place to
hang a jtag widget - any hints on the 3150?
