I had this prob a while ago. I have to comment out the last line of inittab:
#T0:5:respawn:/sbin/getty -L ttySA0 115200 vt100
I also don't use ppp so your last line isn't in my inittab. I also have a
script in /etc/init.d that starts my keyboard automatically.
