Ipaq is not yet supported, somebody with exact knowledge of the memory
parameters (i.e.: the Compaq people) should put a struct sdram_params
for each Ipaq in cpu-sa1110.c.

The Ipaq uses an SA1110 CPU, so you need cpu-sa1110.c instead of
cpu-sa1100.c.
