Why do you ask? Did you toast a machine?

It is actually more than just soldering wires: a pad has
to be lifted if I remember right.

And without a good microscope and lab setup, you are likely
to get into trouble. We find it a painful process, even with good lab
facilities, and we are reluctant to encourage people down this path...
