[iPAQ] iPAQ and USB

As I read the USB Port of the iPAQ is a USB client.
So is the USB just to connect the iPAQ to a Computer and do
dataexchange with it, or is it also possible use the
USB Port to connect to USB Keyboards, USB Mice, or USB Cameras.
Yes I know that iPAQ had to the Power Supply for that devices,
but I am just curious if it would be possible to do it.
