It looks very much like I was talking about the other day on the main list
(handhelds). They are using Java with XML...My guess is that they run X (or the
JVM talks directly to the FB), then run a Java class that parses an XML file and
constructs a GUI...It looks like it's entirely(sp) java...This probably isn't
bad on the iPAQ 3600 series of machines (with a 2000 Mhz PROC), but on a VTECH
Helio (66 Mhz) this may not be so good....
I think the way they did it is a GOOD idea, even if I don't agree with their
specific implimentation.....
