[iPAQ] loading linux with minicom

Hey,

I'm in the middle of downloading stuff. I'm using minicom, and I've
convinced bootldr-0000-2.8.4 to transfer, but now I've started on the
kernel, and even when I get my timing set up nicely to avoid NAKs every
line, I can only transfer 138k before I get a Retry 0: Timeout on sector
ACK.

Anyone have this problem, or a useful fix?
