[iPAQ] vncviewer binary

There's a vncviewer binary for the iPAQ available at

http://www.pmonta.com/handhelds/

It suffers from a debilitating and strange bug: the scrollbars
will scroll down but not up. This limits the scrolling experience.
The colors are correct, though, and tapping and dragging work
as expected. Running the server at 310x230 pixels will avoid the
need to scroll, but it sort of defeats the purpose. Speed seems
fine over the 100kbit serial link.
