You might want to include http://russnelson.com/english.mp3. It's
Linus's "Hello, my name is Linus Torvalds, and I pronounce Linux as
Linux". I had to resample it to 44.1Khz in order to get the encoder
to work. If someone wants to encode http://russnelson.com/english.wav
(8000samples/sec, 8 bits/sample, 1 channel) with a smarter encoder,
I'm sure you could get a smaller mp3. The one I've got is 88K. The
original .wav file is 44K.
