Hello Vasant;

The memory map is fairly standard. I believe that the kernel expects to be
at c0008000. You may have to pass a parameter to the kernel at the command
line if you have less than 32M of ram. (mem=16M for example).

You can find a zImage at ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/compaq/ipaq/v0.12

You can find an updated tool chain with instructions at
ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/arm/toolchain

I hope this works for you,

Best Regards,
