Is the SA1100 clock scaling patch Johan Pouwelse and I wrote already
ported to the iPAQ? Eric Bunce ported it to the Intel Assabet, so porting
it to the iPAQ should be easier. Running the CPU at 58 MHz already saves
some energy.
