RE: [iPAQ] Idea: Logitech USB - to - PS/2 adapter for IPaq?

I recently bought a USB Logitech Marble Mouseman. It has a funny little adapter
that the USB plug goes into to allow the mouse to be used in a PS/2 port. Since
there are also PS/2 - to - serial adapters, I am wondering if such an adapter
could be used on the iPAQ? I don't have an iPAQ, so I cannot test it (donations
welcome!), but it may be a better alternative to disassembling the cradle...

This doesn't solve the problem. Both the USB and serial interfaces go into
the 12-pin connector on the bottom of the ipaq, but the serial gets routed
to a UART and the USB to the USB interface.
The bootloader doesn't currently understand USB.
The serial-to-usb converter will simply route traffic to the
USB device, and w/o a driver there, it will do no good.
