xserver-tiny and unicode

Hello,

I was wondering how I could use unicode fonts with Xfbdev. I tried to
load xterm with -u8 option and a 10646-1 font (I xfonts-base), but it's
not displayed correctly. ( I get something like d.e.b.i.a.n$. with
empty squares instead of dots at the prompt)

Does anyone know how to get a working unicode xterm with intimate ? I
thought that maybe it was an Xserver problem, but it shouldn't be,
right? Since xlibs are from the debian testing distribution..

Also, does anyone knows how to configure the fontpath, xkb extensions
etc. with this tiny xserver? Or is there no way to do it? So, maybe
there is a way to use the real xfree86-xserver from the debian
distribution ? (I tried, it didn't work).

Please help me. Thank you very much.
