A liitle more on observing the install-process. (I would imagine it is the
same with yours)
It seems that the "h3600-utils" package fails with a segmentation fault!!
Due to this being a dependancy for "xserver-tiny-h3600" that package remain
unconfigured hence our X problems.
So questions are why the seg fault? And how to manually work around or
retry the packages.
I have two hosts, one with USB to XP which I download from the other serial
connection to enter commands and observe boot process etc.
I think this can be resolved but cannot reboot iPAQ now or I end up with no
virtual keyboard so cannot download over usb!
How can I retry the packages prior to reboot considering all the paths are
not setup.
Thanks
Thomas
p.s. See this link http://www.handhelds.org/hypermail/intimate/6/0695.html
the install is broken I am going to ask the autor directly.
