Intimate installation

Hello,

Several weeks ago I've followed instruction from
http://intimate.handhelds.org/docs/install-howto/

to install familiar on a hdd with success:

bootldr 2.18.54
partition boot: 10M
partition intimate: 1200M
partition data: 800M

I read whith 2.20.4 It was possible to use familiar and intimate, with a
partition boot of 32M.

I've installed initrd, params and zimage...
And when I boot intimate, I only get a console with minicom that says me to
press "enter" instead of a shell and a keyboard on the iPAQ's screen.
And I don't get all devices

Is there any change with the initrd, params and zimage?

I can't configure anything.
