Well, one thing to do would be to hang around on #intimate on
irc.freenode.net, it's not a hugely active channel, but if you want help
or to help, that's where most work on Intimate is
discussed/collaborated.
Alternatively we should really get on top of things like documentation,
maintaining the website (lots of work to do there), testing, and so on.

I can't guarantee there will be huge leaps in progress, but it seems to
be the general rule that if several people appear on IRC at the same
times and have their iPAQs handy, a problem will get squashed ;)
