Wow, the 25 GB drive should give you quite a bit of capability. I've
been running a Mandrake Linux server for about a eight months off an old
200 MHz Pentium I machine using an 20 GB, 2.5 in, laptop drive. I'm
pretty new to Linux, but I've been using FreeBSD for about 10 years.
Linux takes a little getting used to -- many things are taken care
automatically by administrative & config tools -- but so far I like it.

I'm going try a Memplug Inc. Dual CF Expansion Pack with my H3850. It's
about $50 at Amazon.com. I'll have to decide which CF card to use.
Have you heard of anyone having trouble using Lexar or Viking CF cards?
For that matter, do you know if anyone has seen performance
improvements using the faster Lexar CF cards?

Best regards,

Jim
