Couple of small updates to the base.

I've updated a couple of files on the base image.

/etc/init.d/devfs - Now uses 254 by default for the h3600_ts instead of 253.
(Seems more people get lucky with 254).

/etc/ppp/options - Added patches from LEW for defaultroute and silent
