sdg booloader dont work

Hi all:
   I'm a new here.And i tried to install Familiar on my iPAQ-4700.I
followed the

guide as :

and the Backup is done correctly.And then i download the bootloader file
"bootldr-1.2.5.rom" ,and

wrote it into a 128MB SD card by the command
" dd if=/root/bootldr-1.2.3.rom of=/dev/sdb"
the Shell showed it read and wrote 400 bytes correctly.
I insert the SD card into the iPAQ and load the reflash utility,it show
the "HP" logo and "Serial" for a few seconds then it show the following :

SD Download

Sections=1
Press Power

to Flash ...

so i press power and :

Download Fail

Checksum Fail

100%

Then i insert a CF card 128 Mo with a 64Mo fat 16 partition containing
all the needed files, reset my ipaq and got the SDG System logo, and
that's all, no message like scanning for image or what else...

I tried all this steps several times but each time with the same result,
i tried also with an other CF card 2Gb with the same result...

What's the matter?Anybody can give advice?
