Where does it panic? The initrd should have the modules necessary to
mount and use a SD or MMC card. We tested both. Did you make sure that
Windows (or by accident) did not rename your initrd file to initrd.bin
or .txt or some such. It must be just initrd (in fact, no files in your
directory should have an extention, except for the rootfs.img).
