Well, I am using 2.6.21-hh15. Similarly there is a ts driver in the
arch\arm\mach-pxa\hx4700\deprecated.

However the ts is working correctly.

Anyway I think the right driver is
kernel26/drivers/input/touchscreen/ts-adc.c

Regarding power, the case maybe the same.
