[hx4700-port] The touchscreen and power driver in 2.6.21-hh16

Hi All:
  I've got the kernel source from handhelds.org:/cvs. The version is 2.6.21-hh16. When I tried to config it, I just can't find the touchscreen driver.
The newly compiled kernel worked find except for the touchscreen(I had to connected to hx4700 by ssh). Finally, I've found the touchscreen driver in the kernel source tree. but it was deprecated(in arch\arm\mach-pxa\hx4700\deprecated). So, can anyone tell me where is the touchscreen driver or whether it is under development?
 The power driver has the same situation, deprecated, and I can't see the battery status(current, temp...) in sysfs.
