I was using binary only. There is a source for make_imgfs and
prepare_imgfs, however those files includes imgfs.h (and I think imgfs
library also) which I did not found.
I runned these tools under wine, so all the necessary libraries should
be compiled static except cecompr_nt.dll which was necessary to copy
into the directory.
Maybe the author (I found a name: Mamaichs seems to be the author) can help.
