the bootloader refuse reflashing the zImage (both the one installed by
ipkg and the one took from the starterkit page), giving an "erase
failed" error.

I'll wait to have sure infos about doing `dd`, or other suggestion. I
really would like to avoid having to reflash the whole thing (kernel +
root), because I installed lot of software and don't wanna redo it from
scratch -_-
