hello

I've just installed openembedded / bitbake / ...
I'm wondering which settings to use in my local.conf,
especially for these parameters :
MACHINE = "ipaq-pxa270" (I didn't find any 4xxx in conf/machines)
DISTRO = "familiar"

I also made changes in ipaq-pxa270.conf :
KERNEL ?= "kernel26"
IPKG_ARCHS = "all arm ipaqpxa h3900" (should change h3900 to ... ?)
GUI_MACHINE_CLASS = "bigscreen" (as i assume that small is for 320x240
displays and big for 640x480 ones)

is this correct ?
are there other special settings to set for hx4700 builds ?

another question :
is there any good arm emulator for x86 i could use ?
(X support would be great)
I'd like to port some softwares and help in hx4700 related things
developpement but
it seems really boring to upload things on the ipaq each time i want to
test them...
Which are your developement methods ?

regards,
julien
