Hello everybody,

I'm student at the Mannheim University, Germany, and I'm installing linux on
the hx4700 for a project. I used the package from Joseph Cole. It's work
quite fine, but not really like it should be. I'm not able to shutdown, the
sound, as the buttons and light, doesn't work. Are those problems known?

By the first try the system stocked at "cardmgr" or something like that. I
formated the SD-Card to FAT again and repeated the action. Now I have a
system that works, but with the above explained problems. The USB
connection, as opposed to the Serial, also doesn't work. Do I need to
activate this one? Where can I get information about it? By the way, I'm
using a 256 MB SD-Card from Kingston.

Can someone help me?

thanks a lot,

Marcel Gomes.
