Have a special look at the dd program on the specified page
(http://uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/linux/rawwrite/dd.htm). It looks like
the same dd program as for linux.
The only problem for you will be to find the right string for your
cardreader.That is the \\.\{sd device}. Have a look in your hardware
manager manager under windowsxp. Or Maybe someone else on this list can
answer.
