So, what would you do if you were me?
* Either configure CS3 in 32 bit mode for hx4700 too and keep
compatibility with existing code?
* Or make ipaq-asic3.h more generic so that it supports both 16 bit
and 32 bit addressing. The 16 bit and 32 bit OFFSET macros would
then be defined in respectively in hx4700-asic.h and in h4000-asic.h.
