Hi,
I've been asked to run this challenge:
The goal is to find a way to play audio from the windows mobile userland via
the handset's speaker.
The current windows mobile API only allows playing audio via the loudspeaker
or via the headset.
(The 'handset speaker' is the speaker you hold against your ear while
making a phone call. The loudspeaker is used for playing music loud and
the headset is the little plug that you plug into your ear (bluetooth for
example)).
Price:
- 3.000 USD for the winner and 2.000 USD for the project.
Rules:
- The first person who submits a working solution wins.
- It has to work on 'most' windows mobile phones.
- App should write PCM chunks or AMR-chunks (20ms?) and device
should play the chunks with low latency via handset speaker.
- Submission deadline is the 31. March 2008 23:59.
Hope someone finds this interesting :>
