asic3_mmc refactor committed

Hello Htc-pxa,

  asic3_mmc refactor to allow cross-machine usage has been committed
to to HH.org CVS. That means, there's no easy way to support SD/MMC in
many HTC phone devices. Please see following message for details:

  At this time hx4700 and h4000 are using it, plus h1910 support has
been comitted, so I asssume it works also.

  Feel free to contact with any issues regarding this - I'd be glad to
help getting this to work on as many devices as possible!
