[PATCH] pxa27x matrix driver and apache updates

I've decided to break out apache's keyboard controller and make it a
generic pxa27x keyboard driver. This allows any device to use the
driver by specifying the keys and gpios in a platform_device
structure.

I've also made some htc-apache specific updates.
