Cannot load haret

Hi,all
I am trying to boot familiar with last haret version on my ipaq 2210 but
still without success.
I followed this procedure to load linux from SD card:

At this moment I have:
SD 2GB with 2 partitions :

1) /mnt/sde1 - FAT 100MB with :
   haret-0.5.1.exe
   earlyharetlog.txt (empty file)
   startup.txt (see next 4 lines)

   haretlog.txt (attached)
   zImage (from zImage-2.6.15-hh2200) and it's ~1.3MB

2) /mnt/sde2 - ext2 with familiar system
